About Me
- Yvonne Sovereign
- I am an artist working in watercolor and oils. My specialty is dogs, but I also paint other types of animals, landscapes or just whatever appeals to me. I have exhibited in juried shows where I have won numerous awards. My new studio space was completed in Feb. 2007 and I look forward everyday to working on my art, learning, growing and sharing my gift with others. My other love, which is intertwined with my art, is dogs, breeding and showing whippets. This is just the greatest breed and I have been "in" whippets for over 21 years now. My kennel prefix is Sowagla and I have bred and finished a number of my own dogs. My focus is on beauty, correct breed type and sound in mind and body.
